Single nutrition consultation CHF 175 (up to 1h 30 minutes)

This consultation is designed to help you to understand the fundamentals of the keto diet and teach you the tools you need to begin transforming your health.

What is included:

  • Macro Calculation
  • Food diary audit
  • Food list and sample meal plan for 2 weeks
  • Goal planning (weight loss, gut health, food rebalancing, muscle mass gain, etc.)
  • Health improvement guidelines
  • Support, accountability and motivation done with positive encouragement and no judgement.

Follow up consultations are CHF 120

A follow-up consultation takes place approximately 3 weeks after the first consultation depending on your goals. During this session, which lasts approximately 1 hour, an assessment is made with a complete body analysis and taking into account the progress or difficulties encountered.

You can maximize the value of our time together by being prepared for your first visit.  

  1. Complete the necessary forms
  2. If you are diabetic, bring your recorded glucose reports.
  3. Bring a copy of any lab results from the past 6 months.  If you have an existing diagnosed condition, bring a copy of lab results from the past 12 months.
  4. Write down any questions that you have about your health.
  5. Consider your health intentions, what makes them meaningful to you, and how you might overcome obstacles in your life that are not supporting them.

Since switching to a protein priority diet in July of 2020 I have lost 80lbs/36kg. My A1C has been perfect the last 3 times they checked it. 5.5 twice and the one last week was 5.4.

My doctor was so happy with me, I was taken off my insulin. Although I am still on some medications I am confident that I will come off them soon as long as I continue to prioritise protein.

Something that isn’t explained properly is that if you are wanting to lose fat you need to not eat fat. I was having these fat heavy meals under the guise of keto and not losing a thing. I never really lost weight.
